About Strength Training Class
Free Weights, Resistance Equipment and the Bodhi Suspension System are used to challenge the body to increase muscular strength & endurance, improve stabilization & balance, and aide in injury prevention & wellness.
Students will alternate sets of resistance with sets of the Bodhi to achieve a balanced muscular workout within each class. Your Strength Training Coach will keep a sharp eye on your form and execution to insure that the targeted muscles are being reached.
